Motion Graphics

While I love the impact of a good poster or the quick punch of a digital ad, sometimes you need things to move. I’ve worked with several video producers to create motion graphics to bring a client’s message to life, and, if I’m lucky, a full-blown animated piece.

This was the complete set of 2022 Campus Safety Videos our whole production team (plus student and professional actors!) worked on for Dallas College. We had a blast storyboarding, shooting, and acting for it.

Produced by Librado Lozano, Luke Baran, Madisen Stubbs, and Bob Heine. Production assistance by Eliceo Gutierrez. Motion and static graphics by Lydia Reynolds, Jacob Birmingham, and Will Young (‪@willdrawgood‬ ).
A promotional video for the Logistic and Supply Chain Management Program at Dallas College.

Produced by Lauren Cater, motion graphics created by Will Young (‪@willdrawgood‬ ).
An animated video for a Dallas College initiative where educators learn to better integrate the marketable skills (such as critical thinking or teamwork) in their curriculum.

Produced by Susan Bohl, animation and artwork by Jacob Birmingham and Will Young, (‪@willdrawgood‬ ).
One video in a series of a cartoon intern, “Joe”, created to explain part of the faculty credentialing process at Dallas College. Great fun to make, hand-drawn animation in the style of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”.

Produced by Jacob Birmingham with Will Young (‪@willdrawgood‬ ) on animation.
